EMBROIDERY

  • Application Method: High-quality stitching using thread to create a durable and textured design directly onto fabric.
  • Best for: Workwear, uniforms, premium branding, headwear
  • Pros: Long-lasting, professional finish, raised texture
  • Cons: Limited to certain fabrics, fine details may be challenging

We send over a digitally generated file before embroidery for your approval. This file will show how the embroidery will look like on the garment.

Printed Stitches does its own Digitising, There for Set-Up Fees are the lowest in the industry !

SCREEN PRINTING

  • Application Method: Ink is pushed through a stencil (screen) onto the fabric layer by layer.
  • Best for: Large bulk orders, streetwear, promotional items
  • Pros: Cost-effective for large runs, vibrant and durable colors
  • Cons: Not ideal for small orders, requires setup

TRANSFERS (DTF)

  • Application Method: A design is printed onto a special film and then transferred onto fabric using heat and pressure.
  • Best for: Full-color prints, small or large orders, detailed designs
  • Pros: Works on various materials, bright colors, long-lasting
  • Cons: Slightly thicker feel than other print methods

SUBLIMATION

  • Application Method: Heat and pressure turn ink into gas, bonding it directly into polyester fabric.
  • Best for: Polyester garments, all-over prints, sportswear
  • Pros: No cracking or fading, soft feel, full-color designs
  • Cons: Only works on light-colored polyester fabrics

  • Application Method: Vinyl is cut to shape and heat-pressed onto garments.
  • Best for: Small batch orders, personalized designs, sports kits
  • Pros: Great for names/numbers, available in various colors, durable
