ARTWORK GUIDLINES
Positions for Printing & Embroidery
We offer printing and embroidery in a variety of positions, depending on the garment you choose. When customising your items, you’ll see a list of available positions. If you require a placement not listed, get in touch with our team before placing your order—we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Accepted File Types
Uploading your logo or design is simple—once you’ve selected your garments, you can upload your artwork. We accept the following file formats: PNG, JPG, and PDF. If your design is in a different format, contact us, and we’ll assess the best way to proceed.
Artwork Quality
For the best results, we recommend uploading the highest-resolution version of your logo or design. If your file is too low-quality for printing or embroidery, our team will contact you to discuss the best way forward. Our goal is to ensure your branding looks its absolute best.
Printing & Embroidery Limitations
Certain design elements may not be suitable for embroidery, such as complex gradients or highly intricate details. If your design requires adjustments, our expert team will work with you after your order is placed to refine it while maintaining a high-quality finish.
Colours & Thread Matching
For embroidery, we use Madeira threads and match colours as closely as possible using their Pantone chart. If you require a specific Pantone colour, please include the reference number in the notes section when customising your garment.
Maximum Dimensions for Embroidery & Print
- Embroidery: Maximum width of 30cm (height will be scaled proportionally).
- Print: Maximum width of 40cm (height will be scaled accordingly).
If you have any questions about artwork requirements or need assistance, feel free to contact our team before placing your order.
